This is the preferred method for a support request for it allows us to research the question and respond prepared to solve your problem or provide the best possible response. This method submits a support case directly to our customer support program where we can track, escalate and monitor your case.  You will also be able to track the cases you submit with your private support portal, search other solutions, FAQ and resources. You will receive automatic confirmation of case receipt and progress.

We strive to respond to all support requests within one hour. Remember that the more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to troubleshoot your situation.

Submitting a bug or enhancement request? Follow these tips:
Effective enhancement \ bug reports are the most likely to get prompt attention.

• Be precise
• Be clear - explain it so others can reproduce the bug or have a clear understanding of the request.
• One enhancement \ bug per report
• Just like no question is a stupid question, no enhancement \ bug is not important - sometimes trivial items may be the symptom of something larger
• Clearly separate fact from speculation
• Please include the application, location in the application, a detailed summary, any error messages received, and a copy of the Log Report (if applicable).
