The role of the Sales Manager

A manager’s ability to coach and develop sales presentation skills is fundamental to achieving revenue results with Immediate. Sales Leader responsibilities include:

Set presentation volume goals. Set goals and track performance with Immediate.

Target the right accounts. Develop solid, fact based presentations and propose the right products and packages to advertisers.

Coach and model success. Make presentations with AE's and use the experience to improve skills and results.

Coach AEs to gain share. Launch new initiatives, grow online volume, propose new products, frequency programs, higher ad counts, and longer term commitments.

Build relationships with advertisers. Find market opportunities, recommend media strategy, develop cost-effective ad campaigns, and provide ongoing market and media intelligence.
